God's Grace is Bigger!

When Feeling weak in prayer

God is bigger than we could ever imagine, He is higher than mountains, deeper than oceans. The creator of all thing visible and invisible. There is nothing we could say that will describe what He really is, there is nothing we can say to corrupt Him.

The aim of prayer is to bring us closer to his presence. In pray we express our gratitude, we ask for forgiveness, the filfulness  of  the Holy Spirit and  for protection. No matter the effort one may put to have a consistent prayer life, there's still going to be period your soul will want to pray, and your flesh will go against your soul's will.

Questions are the following:

Are we still children of God if we happens to skip our weekly prayer routines?

- Yes! Nothing can't set as appart from God, not even our weaknesses. In fact, God's power is manifest when we are weak.

Does God work in our life because of our prayers?

- No, everything that happens in our life is because of God's grace.

A m I saying that you should not have a prayer life?

- No, praying is important in a life of a believer. It is the recommendation of our Lord and Sevior. Praying is one way to communicate with Him and prayer brings us closer to God. Trough prayer we gain strength and power to overcome temptation.

The aim of the this message is to encourage you to have prayer life, and to remind you that it is okey to have weakness period, however let it not weakness become your life style. You should know that God will not abandon you just  because you are feeling weak, instead the enemy will use ur weakness to attack and put you down, that when God's grace will start to act. Therefor is import for us believers to put our  trust in God's grace, than on our own prayers!

By the Grâce of God, we will discuss how to overcome weakness period or what to do when feeling weak to pray in the following post.

Be a full-time Believer // Casual spring/Summer look

Christianity is not a religion, but a full-time job and a life style (we will rest in Heaven). I know this sound cliché, something you have already heard about. I'm still reminding you that God is God in all circumstances and in all seasons, not just in winter. I know summer is around the corner and we all want to have the best summer of our lives, but let that not stop you of being a woman/man of God that you are. Again you can still have a nice and fun summer with your clothes on. So don't use summer as an excuse to expose your body. your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit!
The Skirt I'm wearing is from Seppälä, the top is from Gina Tricot and shoes are Keds. I have tights on, because I'm in Finland and it's still a bit cooler here, but I believe that you should be fine without.

Bodycon dress / Lace weste || Modesty ≠ Boring!

Modesty does not equal Boring.

Rejoice with those who rejoice and mourn (cry) with those who mourn. There shouldn't be nothing wrong with having fun as long as the name of the Lord is not offended.  For a bday party I was invite  to last saturday, I worn an H&M dress, Sheinside Lace Blouse, Vercace for H&M Bag, Zara Shoes and Kaleva Koru (a Finn jewelry's designer) bracelet. Other than that,  keep it bless. I Know I have been off for a will, but thank you for your love...I'm in the processe of learning the things of God as well, but hope to get back as soon as possible...

Is Christmas the will of God?

“Learn not the way of the nations, nor be dismayed at the signs of the heavens because the nations are dismayed at them, for the customs of the peoples are vanity. A tree from the forest is cut down and worked with an axe by the hands of a craftsman. They decorate it with silver and gold; they fasten it with hammer and nails so that it cannot move. Their idols are like scarecrows in a cucumber field, and they cannot speak; they have to be carried, for they cannot walk. Do not be afraid of them, for they cannot do evil, neither is it in them to do good.” Jeremiah 10:1-6

No one have the exact confirmation concerning the birth of Jesus Christ. Because the bible doesn’t give us the specific time of the year in which Jesus was born.

AS ‘’Christians’’ the bible is our mirror and our number one reference. In the bible no one celebrated the birth of Jesus before or after His death (nor even the apostles). And the bible doesn’t say anything about the 25^th of December. Now where the tradition of Christmas is from? Mark 7:9 ‘’and he said to them, “You have a fine way of rejecting the commandment of God in order to establish your tradition’’!

In Roman Empire, from December 17^th up to 23th was the week they used to celebrate the sun-god Saturn by giving offerings to the god and presents to one another as we do in Christmas. And the 25^th December was the "Birthday of the Unconquerable Sun." it's also the day the renewal of light and the coming of the New Year was celebrated.  All these festivals were totally pagan origin. It's not by accident that ‘’Christians’’ chooses exactly the same day to be the ‘’birthday’’ of Christ. They changes the object but they kept all the tradition behind the festivals. Mark 7:6-7 also says: ‘’ Vain do they worship me, teaching as doctrines the commandments of men.

Is Christmas really the will of God? If it‘s so why doesn’t the bible says anything about it? Even if is the will of God, I believe that the way the world celebrates Christmas has nothing to do with the birth of Christ.

 

Everything related to Christmas is pagan origin. Who is Santa Claus, what is the meaning of Christmas tree and what about the changing of gifts? What these things have to do with the birth of Christ. 

 

Be aware my brothers and sisters for ‘’Satan disguises himself as an angel of light’’

 

Jesus is born in our heart every time we repent from our sins. No need to celebrate Christ only on Christmas, however if you choose to celebrate Christ on December 25^th, make sure that it all about Christ (not about Santa Claus, the three or the gifts). As it's written; ''So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.'' 1 Corinthians 10:31
